The delivery date was confirmed to me 5 days beforehand, I was given a 3 hour time-slot, and on the day I received a telephone call telling me the van was 30 minutes away. The items were delivered upstairs, as requested, and I'm very pleased with the quality and modern look of this sturdy, ready-assembled bedroom furniture. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
